- Prices assume a typical office: open space, private offices, one or two restrooms and a break room. A walkthrough confirms the band.
- Over 4,000 sq ft: quoted after a walkthrough, at about $0.05–$0.06 per sq ft per visit.
- Frequency discounts are built in: about 5% at twice a week, 8% at three times and 12% at five.
- Jobs more than 75 miles away (one way) add a $50 travel fee per visit.

How we work in your space
After hours
We clean in the evening after you leave, so the workday is never interrupted.
Papers never moved
We dust clear desk surfaces only, and never move papers or files.
Alarm and doors handled
Alarm disarmed and re-armed with your code, every door locked, keys kept as you instruct.
Color-coded cloths
Separate cloths for restrooms, the break room and glass, so a restroom cloth never touches a desk or counter.
A card at reception
Left after every visit: the date, your cleaner's first name and the zone detailed that night.
A photo report every visit
The checklist and rotation-zone photos, plus anything we noticed: low supplies, burned-out lights, leaks.
