Post-renovation clean
Landlords, investors and flippers
$60 per cleaner-hour, 4-hour minimum
- Dusted top to bottom: ceiling corners, vents and returns, light fixtures, fan blades
- Walls, trim and doors wiped of construction dust
- Inside cabinets, drawers and closets vacuumed, then wiped
- Window sills, tracks and frames
- Paint drips, stickers and residue removed from glass and fixtures (no scraping painted surfaces)
- Floors vacuumed with a HEPA vacuum, then mopped twice

- Hauling away furniture or items left behind (a trash bag-out to the curb is an add-on)
- Repairs: leaks, damage and missing hardware are photographed and noted in the report instead
