The written checklist
Every kind of space has its own list, and your cleaner ticks each item as they go: baseboards, door frames and kick plates, vent covers, switch plates, chair bases and casters, glass edges, fixture bases, appliance interiors and grout lines.
The Detail Rotation
On regular house visits and recurring office plans, one extra zone gets the full treatment each visit, in turn. The details get done without paying for a deep clean every time.
Homes
One zone per regular visit, in this order, then we start again.

The photo report
Sent to you after every visit, offices included.
- Before-and-after photos of every room, taken from the same spots

Detail signatures
Small finishing touches that show the work was done to the standard.

Scored inspections
For office accounts: a 15-minute walkthrough with you each month, every area scored 1–5 and kept in your account's log. Anything scored 3 or lower is fixed within 24 hours.

How pricing works
Clear prices, set by size, with no surprises when you book.
- Priced by size
- Homes and rentals by bedrooms and square feet, offices by size and visits a week. Each service page shows the price for your size.
- Confirmed before we clean
- We confirm the price from a few photos or a quick walkthrough, so the quote holds.
- Larger spaces
- Homes over 2,400 sq ft are quoted, except Rent-Ready Clean, which is $0.20 per sq ft at that size. Offices over 4,000 sq ft are quoted after a walkthrough, at about $0.05–$0.06 per sq ft per visit.
- Rental unit condition
- Normal wear is priced at the rate card. Heavy (grease build-up, pet hair, nicotine film, items left behind) is +25%. Severe (hoarding remnants, biohazard, smoke damage) is $60 per cleaner-hour, or we may decline it. We ask for move-out photos before confirming a price.
- Travel and tax
- Jobs more than 75 miles away (one way) add a $50 travel fee per visit. Prices are before New Jersey sales tax (6.625%).
- Military families
- 10% off a Deposit-Back Move-Out, paid by card at booking.
