How it works, start to finish
Five simple steps from your first quote to a paid invoice.
1. Get a quote
Use the price calculator to build your cleaning and send it with your details, or ask for a quote on the contact page. You see the price before you send anything.
2. We confirm
We review your request, answer questions and confirm the details and price with you, usually within one business day.
3. Your portal is ready
Once you're on board we set up your private client portal and send you the sign-in. Your name, phone and address are already filled in.
4. We clean
Your cleaning is booked and you confirm the time. Our crew works through the checklist and takes photos.
5. Invoice & pay
You get the invoice in your portal (and a pay link by text or email if you prefer). Pay online by card, or with cash or check.

How quotes work
Our price calculator shows the price for your home, rental or office as you choose rooms and extras. Send it to us and we confirm it. If the space turns out to be very different from what you described, we'll tell you before we start, never after.

How payment works
- You're invoiced after the job. The invoice lists each item and NJ sales tax.
- Pay online by credit card or Apple Pay in your portal, or through a secure pay link we send you. No sign-in needed.
- Cash and check are welcome too. We'll mark it paid and email you a receipt.
- Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Appointments
See upcoming and past cleanings, confirm a time, ask to reschedule or cancel, and request a new cleaning with the same price menu as our calculator.
Book again in one tap
Repeat a past booking without filling everything in again. Save several addresses if you have more than one property.
Photos by job
Before-and-after photos sorted into folders for each job. You can upload your own photos too, and comment on any picture.
Messages
Chat with us directly and tag the job you're talking about, so nothing gets lost in a text thread.
Invoices & payments
View, print or save any invoice as a PDF, and pay by card or Apple Pay. Paid invoices stay on file with receipts.
